Lately, I have been dreaming about the perfect...

1) Eye-cream
I need one that can lighten the dark circles, remove the fine lines and wrinkles, combat the crow's feet and moisturise the eye area. In other words, I need the superman of eye creams. And we all know how much that's going to cost.














2) Black shoes
Something classy and yet comfortable so that I can wear it with my suits to work and yet not die of pain by lunchtime. I know that footwear affects your posture, back, knees etc etc. I mean it's a health hazard to wear cheap shoes. My left big toe still feels numb after the last conference, I swear. I keep telling the Boyfriend that. On Pedder instead of Charles and Keith. Nothing less than Low-bow-tan... His reply? "So hiao for what? Wear flats la."

3) Lucida Ring
I fell in love with this classic piece back in my teens and it has been my secret fantasy that my Prince Charming will propose with it. It was a lot simpler back then. "Find a rich man lor." Now that I'm a little more grown up and I understand about inflation, GST and true love, I can still look and drool. can't I?







4) The building excitement of Christmas
Christmas lights and decorations everywhere, carols playing in the elevators, Starbucks serving Toffee Nut Latte... It makes me warm and tingly all over to know that Christmas - my absolute favourite time of the year, is coming and my baby and I are going to spend it together for the 2nd time. I love Christmas!!














Its a lovely Sunday morning and I know I should be doing some work now to help ease tomorrow's pain but sigh - what the hell! Its the weekend! Don't I get a well-deserved break?? I'll just panic and stress about it tomorrow and be pissy again at work.

And as soon as I haul the Boyfriend's arse up from bed, we are off to gorge ourselves silly at high tea followed by Mass. Then we are going to pick dear Glenn up from the airport and have dinner with the rest of the gang!! I know I'm a habitual worrier and whiner but deep deep down I know that I am very blessed and I do love my life, with all its ups and downs.
