Oh crap...

Crap! It's 5pm already and I have done zilch at work today, plus I have to leave early cos of Kevin's birthday drinkies later. Rediscovering the joys of blogging is very bad for work performance.


I've become extremely demotivated at work recently. Harbouring thoughts of moving on but I'm worried that I'll look fickle in my CV. Is 9 months at one place representative of a job-hopper? Must meet up with my ninjas for a consultation session over the weekend.

The extremely sweet boyfriend is back from trip to LA and reservist and got me lovely lovely things.

Mummy thinks its the ugliest thing she has even seen. Very obiang, were her exact words. Doesn't matter, I love it cos the Boyfriend braved going into a bag shop to get it for me. It's strange how he can be so sweet when least expected.

Once, he was returning from yet another overseas trip and I heard that there was a 50% sale in the G**** outlet at the airport. Obligingly, he promised to check it out for me and we had a three-way conversation with the sales asst while I was waiting outside at Arrivals for him.

BF: "Wah lau, i have never seen so many ugly bags in one shop before."

Me: "Sssssh, the SA can hear you. Just ask her for a medium hobo bag."

BF: " Excuse me, do you have a bobo bag?"

Me cringing: "OMG..."

Mutterings in the background


BF: " Eh, she gave me this model. There is pink, is which farking ugly and a brown one. But it doesn't look like a bag at all."

Me: "Huh? What does it look like then?"

BF: "Looks like the bottom of a guitar."

Me: "Oh geez. Please just pay for it and get out of there. NOW!"

BF: "Eh, this is damn embarrassing. Please dont ask me to buy bags for you ever again. I think the lady is laughing at me."
